Do not forget that in order to redeem the $50 Active Kids Voucher from NSW Office of Sport you must have your voucher prior to registering.
Please be aware that Netball Australia & Netball NSW require all coaches, managers and umpires to be registered for insurance purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to understand what is required of all Woolwich Club members, please read the terms and conditions below.
A completed registration is acknowledgement and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
Rules & Conditions of Registration
- Acceptance of registration is subject to the Club fielding a team(s) in the nominated age group and having a position available
- All support roles within a team such as Coach and Manager must be filled prior to a team being registered to play
- The Club will endeavour to place players in teams of similar ability
- The Club will endeavour to register teams in grades suitable to their abilities. However, final grading is determined by ERNA
- Parents or Senior Players will be allocated canteen or table duty for the netball club throughout the season. When signing the registration form you are accepting this responsibility
- The Club reserves the right to not accept a registration
- By signing this form, I agree to abide by the Clubs Code of Behaviour, Child Protections Policy & Sports Injury Insurance Policy. I am aware of the risks of playing netball with a pre-existing medical condition/s
- Please note the Club will always endeavour to provide an Umpire for every game but this cannot always be guaranteed. Teams may have to supply their own umpire at the Clubs cost
- As a parent/guardian and/or senior player, I understand that it is important for players to attend training. If unable to attend, I will notify the team manager or coach as soon as possible. I agree to the conditions of training as detailed on the Woolwich Netball Club website. In addition to these conditions, siblings of players are not permitted to attend training sessions without parent/guardian supervision. In the event that training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or wet weather, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to arrange for the player to be picked up
- I understand that once the registration is submitted, it is final. Woolwich Netball Club does will not refund the cost of registration for change of mind or because a player does not want to be in a particular team
- I understand that I will be liable for any Ambulance Costs that are occurred if an Ambulance is called especially if I do not have Private Health Insurance.
